Group Discount Cutoff Date
The final date to secure accommodations at the contracted rate is Wednesday, February 7th. Any reservation made after the cutoff date shall be at the hotel’s then-current available rate.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. Should the reservation be canceled within the 21-day cancellation period, a one-night room and tax cancellation charge will be charged to the card used to reserve.
Tax Policy
Rates do not include a 12.57% tax (subject to change) or $20 Resort Services Charge.
